PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our project manager will work as your agent to facilitate effective planning, risk management, coordination, staff management, approval process, scheduling, communication, and reporting.  Our program managers will provide oversight, accountability, and coordination for multiple project management activities across the entire scope of your program and coordinate/ consolidate program schedules, critical path issues, periodic reporting, communications planning, financial performance, and authorization of change.
